1 of 3: After the mechs are all shot down, go back to the upper-floor area and look for a box of refined element zero on a counter.
2 of 3: Return to the bottom of the ramp, then go left to find a dead end with some power cells.
3 of 3: Go the other way from the ramp bottom and check down a right-side path near the other ramp for another box of refined element zero.
