Post-Mission Notes
1 of 6: After the conversation with Mordin in the briefing/comm room, exit it and turn right to find that the tech lab is now open.
2 of 6: Talk to Mordin about a few things (including upgrades), then use the research terminal to see what all upgrades you're able to make.
3 of 6: If you haven't been doing much Planetary Mining, you'll probably need to go do some now in order to make all of the upgrades you've found so far.
4 of 6: You can use the upgrades terminal that's just to the right of the research terminal to check on all of your already-researched upgrades. (Note that you can do this at your two private terminals, also.)
5 of 6: To get three ship enhancements added to the research terminal's list, read the "Healing of your facial scars" message on a private terminal, and talk to Miranda and Jacob about Normandy upgrades.
6 of 6: Note that the Advanced Mineral Scanner is well worth getting ASAP, but the super-expensive Med-Bay Upgrade isn't. The Heavy Ship Armor upgrade is useful later in the game, but there's no rush on getting it.
