1 of 2: After you finish the Archangel mission, return to Omega's Upper Afterlife area and talk to Aria T'Loak.
2 of 2: When you show her the datapad, she'll supposedly give you the coordinates of a cache on an uncharted world, but you don't seem to really get anything.
