Mass Effect 2 Hints
Close Two Shutters.
1 of 11: There are two unlocked doors nearby that lead to the other shutters.
2 of 11: Look for a med kit on the floor near the left door, then open it and run forward for cover on the left.
3 of 11: The run to this shutter is going to be a real pain. There are several small barricades you have to vault over, and several enemies behind each barricade.
4 of 11: That wouldn't be too bad if Garrus weren't upstairs taking fire. As it is, you'll need to run up to each barricade quickly, using cover and quick shooting to take down the enemies past it. (Note that the barricades themselves are good cover, and should be used as such.)
5 of 11: Be careful between the second and third barricades. One of the enemies at the third barricade has a flamer weapon. Try to hang back out of his range and shoot down the others before peeking around and blasting him.
6 of 11: After you turn the corner and finish off the rest of the hostiles, quickly vault over the remaining barricades, run up to the shutter controls, and use them.
7 of 11: Take cover to the left of the doorway and wait for the shutter to close. It might help to shoot the approaching enemies to slow them down, but it may not be necessary.
8 of 11: Quickly vault back over all of the annoying barricades to leave that shutter's area, then run across to the door that leads to the final shutter's area and quicksave.
9 of 11: Open the door to reveal a large garage area with several enemies already in it. Take cover next to the door while shooting the first couple of targets (blow up explosive containers to help with that), then move into the garage and use pillars and crate stacks as cover while advancing toward the shutter control in the back.
10 of 11: Don't try to push ahead too fast, or you'll end up getting killed. You especially need to watch out for the varren that are running around. The best way to deal with them is a single up-close shotgun blast.
11 of 11: When you make it to the shutter control, use it and take cover next to it, trying to keep any enemies from blocking the shutter. (If any do, you'll have to reuse the control.)
