1 of 4: Search the three accessible buildings for a hackable wall safe, a med kit, and a thermal clip.
2 of 4: Go through the thermal clip building's other door and on to where you can examine a couple of colonists who are in stasis.
3 of 4: Go up the stairs next to them to get to a high-up building with a thermal clip and a hackable computer in it.
4 of 4: Go back down the stairs, then grab the Collector Particle Beam weapon that's on the ground next to a smoking pod thing.
