What's new on the Citadel?
1 of 5: Find Garrus near the elevator in the Normandy dock area and talk to him to get a lengthy cut-scene and a couple of rep points.
2 of 5: Go to the docks holding area and talk to Ashley in the memorial wall area, watching for a paragon interrupt, to get two rep points and unlock the Marksman power. (If you have Kaidan instead of Ashley, you'll probably get a different power and/or a different encounter.)
3 of 5: In the hospital area, talk to Jacob near the front desk to get a couple of rep points, then finish the "Citadel: Cerberus Turian Poison" hub mission.
4 of 5: Go to the Spectre room in the embassy area, then use the message terminal that's to the left of the Spectre Terminal to have a brief conversation with Miranda.
5 of 5: In the Presidium Commons area, finish the "Citadel: Asari Widow" hub mission, then find Liara leaning against a railing near the other end of the Meridian Place market area. Talk to her to get a couple of rep points.
