Mass Effect 3 Hints
Dekuuna: Elcor Extraction
1 of 4: After finishing the "Priority: Rannoch" mission, go to the Citadel's embassies area and look a ways to the left of the elevator (as you face it) to find the elcor ambassador. Talk to him to get this mission.
2 of 4: You'll need to go to the Silean Nebula's Phontes system. If you've already scanned it for assets, thereby alerting the reapers to your presence, you may have to wait until after you finish the next priority mission before you can return safely.
3 of 4: In any case, there doesn't seem to be any way to scan the planet Dekuuna or its moon Oltan for survivors. If you use the asset-scanning process, you'll just attract the attention of the reapers.
4 of 4: However, if you return to the Citadel and talk to the elcor ambassador again, you may be counted as rescuing the survivors. If so, you'll get some XP and rep points.
