1 of 4: Right after the tram ride is over, take cover to the right of the controls and start attacking the troopers in the station ahead. As before, use powers as much as possible, and be ready to run away from grenades.
2 of 4: Note that this is the first really challenging fight of the game. If you don't aggressively take down the troopers as they move in, they'll surround your tram car, and you'll have nowhere to go for cover. Be sure to do a lot of shooting in addition to using everyone's powers to the fullest. (Don't forget to use Singularity against every guardian.)
3 of 4: After it's over, go to the back of the area and look in the small security room for a medical station. Leave the security room and look to the left and right of the door to find some heat sinks, a Shotgun Shredder Mod, and an M-15 Vindicator assault rifle.
4 of 4: When you're done looting, open the door to get a long cut-scene followed by the next objective. (Note that if you choose the "You're wasting time!" option when talking to the Illusive Man, you can get a bonus paragon/renegade dialogue choice.)
