Mass Effect 3 Hints
What's a good way to survive this big fight?
of 9: Move forward past the last drop-down slowly. As soon as you see a small explosion or two in the distance, turn around and cover-climb back up to the higher ledge.
of 9: Send your two squad members to spots a ways ahead, then open fire on the brute as soon as it appear in the distance. There may be a few other enemies out there, too, but focus your attacks on the brute.
of 9: Keep shooting it while it attacks your squad. Hopefully, you'll be able to kill it without anybody going down. If not, use your First Aid power to revive them. You don't want that brute making it all the way to your position.
of 9: After the brute is killed, drop down and move forward a ways to get some cannibals and marauders to appear (if they haven't already), then run back and take cover behind the piece of rubble that's closest to the drop-down point.
of 9: Send your squad ahead and give them supporting fire. When the area directly ahead looks clear, leave cover and run straight down to the other end of the area, looking for ammo as you go.
of 9: On some rubble in the back is a Reaper Blackstar heavy weapon. Don't pick it up yet, but remember where it is for later.
of 9: Return to your earlier cover and keep shooting down cannibals and marauders until the harvester shows up. It'll land in an inaccessible area that's fairly near the Reaper Blackstar, which will make it hard to see from where you are.
of 9: Don't wait for the other enemies to stop coming. When it looks like a good opportunity, sprint back to the Reaper Blackstar, pick it up, and look to the right to get a good shot at the harvester. (Remember that you only have one shot with that weapon.)
of 9: After the harvester is blown to bits, help your squad finish off any leftover cannibals and marauders to end the combat.
