How can I destroy the spore pods?
1 of 5: The obvious way is to stand back and shoot them, either with the M-451 Firestorm or one of your other weapons.
2 of 5: Another way is to walk slowly up to a pod until it starts to glow red, then quickly back up to avoid damage when it explodes.
3 of 5: Sometimes you can sprint past pods and cause them to explode without getting hit.
4 of 5: You can also use direct-damage powers such as Concussive Shot and Warp on the pods to blow them up. However, that'll take longer due to the cooldown period. (Note that this method will also work for destroying webbings.)
5 of 5: You may also be able to use the "Order Squadmate" keys to get your squad members to move to spots close enough to pods to detonate them. However, that won't work if a pod is targeted.
