Hub Missions
These are the small missions that you can get from people in hub areas (the Citadel and the Normandy), or by finding items that people in hub areas would want.
Some of these missions can be gotten in two different places, and the first part of the mission name will be different depending on where you got it. Such missions will only be listed once, so look for one with the same name and a different "area prefix" if you can't find one that you're looking for. For instance, if you have a mission named "Citadel: Pillars of Strength," check the hints for the "Kite's Nest: Pillars of Strength" mission.
