Mass Effect 3 Hints
Hold position for extraction.
1 of 4: You and Anderson will automatically go into cover mode, so use it to help you stay safe while shooting down the cannibals.
2 of 4: If you don't want to use the ammo-hungry assault rifle, you can hit the "Swap Weapon" key to switch back to the pistol you were using earlier.
3 of 4: The cannibals won't ever stop coming, but the Normandy will show up to extract you after you expend most or all of your ammo. (Note that you don't have to shoot cannibals -- just use up all your ammo by shooting at whatever, then wait if necessary.)
4 of 4: You'll then get a long series of cut-scenes that take you into the Priority: Mars mission. (Watch for a paragon or renegade interrupt right after a dialogue choice in one of the cut-scenes. Click quickly if you want to take it.)
