1 of 5: As soon as you regain control, take cover behind the crate that's just ahead of where you start.
2 of 5: Shoot down all the cannibals, then head up the stairs that are on the left side of the area.
3 of 5: Turn left past the second set of stairs to find an M-5 Phalanx pistol among some ammo.
4 of 5: Move on to where you have to jump a gap in a bridge, after which the reaper will blast it and knock you down to the lower ground.
5 of 5: Cover-climb onto the higher ground, then run up the stairs to get the next objective.
