Target the Base.
1 of 3: Move to the edge of the platform and look down to see a small glowing red circle.
2 of 3: Adjust your aim so that the dot on your targeting reticule is aimed at the red circle, then hold down the "Shoot" button.
3 of 3: After a few seconds of that, you'll get a cut-scene and the next objective.
