1 of 8: As soon as you regain control, exit cover mode and pick up the Hydra Missile Launcher that's on the ground next to you.
2 of 8: Take aim and fire your one missile at the banshee, then return to cover mode. If you start taking fire there, do a cover-roll to the left.
3 of 8: You shouldn't have to do much more shooting, since the surviving gunship will blast most everything else with its missiles. Take down a leftover ravager if you need to, then move forward and do a couple of cover-climbs.
4 of 8: Go up some slanted rubble, then turn right and look for an Assault Rifle Extended Barrel mod next to some flaming debris. Go a short way past that to get some husks to appear ahead, then hang back and melee-whack any of them that reach you.
5 of 8: Keep left as you move ahead. When you come to a spore pod near some cover-worthy debris, order your squad into positions near the debris. Destroy the pod and take cover next to the debris, then wait without doing any shooting until the gunship and the two harvesters fly off. (Note that a marauder may make it to your position before that happens.)
6 of 8: Immediately shoot out the barrier engine that's near the ravagers, then shoot them down, followed by any other surviving enemies.
7 of 8: Go down to the end of the area to find a large force-fielded doorway with an SMG Heat Sink mod and an ammo crate near it.
8 of 8: Use the barrier control that's to the right of the force field, then go inside and look for a med kit on the floor ahead. Just past it, you'll get the next objective.
