Active Console.
1 of 5: Quicksave, then look for a way to avoid being decompressed out into space.
2 of 5: Look along the left side of the hangar for a ladder. It's not too far down the wall past your shuttle.
3 of 5: Turn right after climbing the ladder and go through a door. (Note that there's some ammo to the right of the door that you might want to grab first.)
4 of 5: Look on the right past the door for the "Hangar Bay Compression Controls" terminal.
5 of 5: Use it to get EDI to abort the decompression process, after which you'll get the next objective.
