Activate Prothean VI.
1 of 4: Go through the door and down to where there's a med kit, an ammo crate, and a credits-giving PDA next to another Cerberus video log terminal.
2 of 4: Optionally view the logs to learn a bit more about Cerberus augmentations, then go through the nearby door.
3 of 4: Run up a long ramp to reach another door, then open it to start a long cut-scene conversation with the Illusive Man and the Prothean VI. (Ask the Illusive Man what the catalyst is to get a paragon/renegade dialogue option.)
4 of 4: After all of that is over, you'll get the next objective.
