Launcher Controls.
1 of 2: Before you do anything else, explore the area and get familiar with it. You'll be doing several really hard combats in it very soon. (Note that you shouldn't raid any of the medical stations yet, since you'll probably need their medi-gel later on.)
2 of 2: Go up to the left side of the launcher platform and use the "Firewall Controls" terminal to get the next objective.
