1 of 5: Head up the longer set of stairs, watching for ammo that enemies dropped, then take cover behind the console you got the first reaper artifact from.
2 of 5: Take down the nearby enemies, using Singularity on the guardians to get rid of their shields, then move over to the large doorway that leads to the entry area's stairs.
3 of 5: Quickly shoot down or heavy-melee-attack any nearby enemies, then stay in the doorway and start shooting the ones that appear near the shuttle-hovering area. (Note that some enemies may come at you from behind while you're there, so watch for that and be ready to sprint back the way you came.)
4 of 5: Hold that position, shooting any enemies who try to come up the stairs, until the shuttle comes back and starts hovering.
5 of 5: You can then sprint for the shuttle and use its interactive spot to fly away and finish the mission.
