1 of 3: To get this mission, pick up the failed medi-gel experiment while doing the "Cerberus Lab" N7 mission.
2 of 3: After finishing the "Priority: Palaven" mission, return to the Citadel's hospital area.
3 of 3: Look for a woman named Dr. Ravin near the elevator. Talk to her to hand the failed experiment over and get some XP, credits, reputation points, and a war asset.
