Mars Facility Approach.
1 of 6: The first thing to do is level up your character and your two squad members. Note that you can use the "auto level up" button if you don't want to bother with figuring out how to spend your progress points.
2 of 6: Go down the shuttle's ramp, then turn left and run toward the solar panel array.
3 of 6: When you get near it, turn right and run down to a railing.
4 of 6: Drop down through the railing gap and look near the dead soldiers for an M-92 Mantis sniper rifle.
5 of 6: Activate it to unlock it, then add it to your current weapon loadout if you want to. Just remember that your powers will recharge more slowly, the more weight you're carrying. (If you want to use the sniper rifle without weighing yourself down so much, you could lose the shotgun and/or assault rifle.)
6 of 6: Use the "Navigational Assistance" key to get a squad member to say something, after which you'll get some XP and the next objective.
