1 of 5: Move across the makeshift bridge, then look in a pit for a couple of heat sinks if you need ammo before turning left.
2 of 5: Look for a salvageable med kit at the corner that you can get 50 XP from, then turn the corner and sprint forward for cover next to a large piece of fallen debris.
3 of 5: Anderson will be there next to you, and he'll fire at the cannibals ahead on his own initiative. You could just stay under cover until he finishes them off, or you could use the "aim, shoot, reload" process that you used in the last cannibal fight to speed things up.
4 of 5: After they're all dead, cover-climb over the fallen debris, then move forward until you can turn right and do a small drop-down.
5 of 5: Move forward from there to get to the crash site, at which point you'll get the next objective.
