What's a fairly reliable way to get past this part?
1 of 5: Past the steps, sprint directly forward for cover against the nearest rubble.
2 of 5: Wait until the reaper stops firing, then move to the right end of the rubble without exiting cover mode.
3 of 5: Wait there a bit, then exit cover and sprint straight ahead to the next rubble cover. (Note that this is where I got killed the most often, especially if I didn't wait very long.)
4 of 5: Move to that cover's right end, then wait a bit before making the run to the next available cover.
5 of 5: Move to its left end, then leave cover and sprint for the crates that are blocking the path ahead. Once you make it to those crates, you'll get a cut-scene that marks the end of the reaper-shooting-at-you sequence.
