Defeat the Atlas.
1 of 3: Go up the stairs that are on the left past the doorway, then take cover next to the wall on the stairs' right side.
2 of 3: Peek around the corner and shoot at the atlas mech briefly, then return to cover when it fires at you.
3 of 3: Keep that up until it's destroyed, then wait for the mission to end.
