1 of 3: In the Citadel's embassy area, go to the end of the walkway that goes past Bailey's and Udina's offices to overhear the conversation that gets you this mission.
2 of 3: You'll get the Cerberus codes that you need while doing the "N7: Communication Hub" mission.
3 of 3: After that mission is done, return to where you got this mission and talk to Officer Dellk to get some XP, credits, rep points, and a war asset update.
