Citadel: Medical Supplies
1 of 5: Talk to your ship's doctor in the Normandy's medical lab on deck 3 to get this mission.
2 of 5: Dock with the Citadel and go to the docks holding area.
3 of 5: Look for a turian named Tactus in Cargo Hold B.
4 of 5: When you talk to him, use one of the two morality-related dialogue options to get him to agree to a trade.
5 of 5: Return to the Normandy and talk to your ship's doctor to get some XP, rep points, and a medi-gel capacity or efficiency increase (depending on which doctor you recruited). You can also use the intel terminal in Liara's room to choose an upgrade.
