Citadel: New Power Grid
1 of 3: After getting the "Priority: Sur'Kesh" mission, visit the Citadel's Purgatory Bar area. Go up to the woman who's a ways to the right of the VIP entrance doors to overhear her conversation and get this mission.
2 of 3: While doing the "N7: Cerberus Attack" mission, be sure to get the old grid schematics from a terminal in the control room.
3 of 3: After that mission is over, return to the Purgatory Bar area and talk to Alison to get some XP, credits, rep points, and a war asset.
