Aria: Blood Pack
1 of 3: After getting the "Priority: Sur'Kesh" mission, visit the Citadel's Purgatory Bar area. Go up the first set of stairs in the VIP area and turn right to find Aria T'Loak, who'll give you this mission and two others.
2 of 3: Go to the Presidium Commons' apartment area, then open the door to apartment 86.
3 of 3: That's all you need to do besides pick a dialogue option that doesn't really matter -- the mission will be finished after the cut-scene is over.
