Bomb.
1 of 3: After the elevator stops, move forward until you reach the top of some stairs, then look on either side of the stairs for medical stations on pillars.
2 of 3: Go down the stairs and across to some other stairs, then look for a med kit near them before you go up them.
3 of 3: Go over to the bomb panel and quicksave, then use it to get a cut-scene and the next objective.
