1 of 3: Talk to the nearby woman named Dr. Brown to get a couple of rep points, then go up the stairs and talk to Dr. Archer to learn about Project Overlord (a Mass Effect 2 DLC).
2 of 3: Look past him for a credits-giving datapad, then go through the door to find an Assault Rifle Magazine Upgrade mod on the floor next to a weapon bench.
3 of 3: Past the next door, look for a medical station, then go up some stairs to get a cut-scene and the next objective.
