The Messenger Hints

I can't fire the gun on the barrels.

  • 1 of 6: The gun must be prepared before firing.
  • 2 of 6: You'll need to be in a specific spot before you can fire successfully.
  • 3 of 6: You cannot fire immediately upon leaving the Caryatid Room.
  • 4 of 6: After a brief cut scene, turn toward the barrels, and move one step in their direction.
  • 5 of 6: After passing the barrels, turn around and face them again.
  • 6 of 6: You can now fire the gun at the barrels of gunpowder.
