The Messenger Hints
How do I get the guard's clothes?
1 of 11: It would help if you could disable the guard.
2 of 11: None of the weapons you might be carrying can be used directly on the guard.
3 of 11: Look around the room, particularly in relation to the position of the guard.
4 of 11: Try walking up to the balcony overlooking the guard.
5 of 11: See anything that might help?
6 of 11: One of the chandeliers is directly over his head.
7 of 11: You'll need to be on the balcony in order to reach the chandelier. With your back to door (which leads to the Large King's Bedroom), look slightly to the left to see the stairs to the balcony.
8 of 11: Notice that the chandelier is held up by a simple rope.
9 of 11: Which you might be able to cut.
10 of 11: Use your diamond knife on the rope. (Look closely at the chandelier, then look at the rope to the left for the spot to cut the rope.)
11 of 11: Once the guard is "disabled," just click on him to "borrow" his clothes.
