How do I cool the PAL key?
1 of 5: You need to take it someplace cold, in order to freeze the key.
2 of 5: There is a place that is cold nearby.
3 of 5: Take the key to the warehouse where you fought Vulcan Raven, and hold onto the key.
4 of 5: Run around a bit until the key turns blue, then hurry back to the control room before the key changes back to its original state.
5 of 5: Insert the cold PAL key into the middle terminal.
