Metal Gear Solid Hints
The M1 Tank
1 of 6: The hardest part about this battle is reaching the tank, as it fires damaging shells at you.
2 of 6: You will need to jam its radar in order to get close to it.
3 of 6: To prevent it from firing shells at you, throw a Chaff grenade, and run up to it.
4 of 6: When you get near the tank, the gunners will fire machine guns at you, so run around to avoid being hit.
5 of 6: To actually destroy the tank, you must land a few grenades on top of it, where the gunners are sitting.
6 of 6: Try to get as close as possible to the tank, and throw the grenade. Be careful, as the tank can run you over.
