Metal Gear Solid Hints
The Ninja
1 of 11: This is a rather tricky battle to start with, and it can be quite frustrating, so be patient while fighting the Ninja.
2 of 11: Unfortunately, the Ninja cannot be harmed with weapons, as he blocks your bullets with his sword.
3 of 11: Instead of using weapons you will need to use your natural fighting abilities to take him out.
4 of 11: When the battle begins, put away your weapon and begin to punch him up. He will put his sword away. But if you try and shoot him again, he will take his sword out again.
5 of 11: After you have hurt the Ninja a little, he will activate his stealth suit and hide somewhere.
6 of 11: You will need to use your Thermal Goggles in order to see him, and then you can resume punching him.
7 of 11: After drubbing him some more, the Ninja will calmly walk around throwing incredibly hard punches.
8 of 11: Use a Chaff grenade to immobilize him, and then hit him while he is disabled.
9 of 11: When you have hit him enough, a large blue sphere will surround him, which will hurt you a lot if you go near it.
10 of 11: When this happens, take out your FAMAS or SOCOM and shoot him.
11 of 11: After a few shots he will be beaten and skip away.
