Why does he get so mad when I call him Throttle?
I searched the Internet for a slang meaning for this and couldn't find one, though that doesn't rule it out. My guess is that it's just that ancient joke where the guy takes the real insults with a gentle smile, then lashes out in a fury over nothing at all ("Did you say 'Pal'? Nobody calls ME 'Pal'!"). If you know better, drop me a line and I'll credit you when I update these hints.
