Might and Magic VI Hints

Paladin to Crusader

  • 1 of 11: You will need to see Wilbur Humphrey for this promotion.
  • 2 of 11: He wants you to rescue a damsel in distress.
  • 3 of 11: If you can't find one easily, I would recommend going back to him for advice.
  • 4 of 11: He'll tell you that you can find Melody Silver somewhere in Mist.
  • 5 of 11: Try the Silver Helm Outpost, which is fairly close to town.
  • 6 of 11: You can find her in a secret area.
  • 7 of 11: Look for a very tall room.
  • 8 of 11: You will find Melody at the top of that room.
  • 9 of 11: You can get there with a "Jump" spell.
  • 10 of 11: There is also a guard room off to one edge of the room.  A button in there will activate a walkway -- or at least part of walkway -- to let you reach to the top.
  • 11 of 11: The walkway will move up to the top, a little bit at a time.  Just keep walking, and it will go with you to the very top.
