Might and Magic VI Hints

Retrieve the Pearl of Putrescence

  • 1 of 7: Reward: 5,000 XP.
  • 2 of 7: You will get this quest when you meet Balthasar within the Lair of the Wolf.
  • 3 of 7: He will appear while you are on the quest to get the Pearl of Purity.
  • 4 of 7: Once you've defaced the altar as part of that quest, you will be able to enter the rest of the Lair.
  • 5 of 7: Keep heading forward, past/through a couple of teleporters, and you will eventually find several rooms filled with many werewolves.
  • 6 of 7: One of these is the Werewolf Leader.
  • 7 of 7: Kill him and find the Pearl of Putrescence on his body.  Return this to Balthasar for your reward.
