How can I rescue Loren Steel for Queen Catherine?

  • 1 of 6: You will get this quest from Queen Catherine in her throne room at Castle Gryphonheart in Erathia, if you visit her once her ambassador has appeared at Castle Harmondale.  She asks that you rescue Loren Steel from the Tularean Caves and return him to her.  This quest can be worth up to 5,000 GP and 10,000 XP.
  • 2 of 6: First of all, note that you only have a month (28 days) to complete this quest or it will no longer be available to you.
  • 3 of 6: You can choose to retrieve Loren and return him to his queen.
  • 4 of 6: You are also not obligated to help her at all and can just let this quest pass.
  • 5 of 6: Your third option is to trick Queen Catherine.
  • 6 of 6: Note that you only receive the bonuses if you return the real Loren, not if you trick Catherine or let the quest go unsolved.  Also, you will have to visit the local bank in Erathia to pick up your reward.
