1 of 3: You can only get into the Light Magic guild once you have completed the Walls of Mist quest for Gavin Magnus in Castle Lambent.
2 of 3: You will find one of the guilds on the west side of Celeste.
3 of 3: The other is on one of the ridges in the Bracada Desert, next to the Master Guild of Water.
