1 of 4: You get this quest from Bartholomew Hume in the small village just to the south of Harmondale. He sends you to pray at a special shrine inside the dwarven barrows in the Barrow Downs.
2 of 4: There's only one shrine of any note in the Dwarven Barrows. It's in Zokarr's Tomb.
