Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor Hints
Meditation
1 of 5: Meditation is obviously only useful for classes that cast a lot of spells, like Clerics and Sorcerers. Like Body Building, the skill bonuses here are a relatively small fraction your total spell points, but at least it's much harder to restore lost spell points than lost hit points. (There's no equivalent of Regeneration for spell points.) You may only get one or two extra spells, but if you think that will help, try expending a few extra skill points. On the other hand, you may be able to get more power by increasing your spell skill levels, and thus getting more bang for each spell you cast.
2 of 5: Learn: self (body, mind, spirit) guilds
3 of 5: Expert (requires 500 GP, level 4): Barbara Wiseman in Deyja or Stewart Whitesky in Mount Nighon (main town)
4 of 5: Master (requires 2,500 GP, level 7): Tessa Greensward (Lightsworn Residence) in the Bracada Desert (on a ridge, southeast)
5 of 5: Grandmaster (requires 6,000 GP, level 10): Kaine in Avlee (island to the west)
