Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer Hints
Get the Dragon Leader's Egg.
1 of 7: Quixote tells you where the egg is.
2 of 7: That cursed Ogre Zog took it.
3 of 7: Zog's holed up with the egg in the Barbarian Fortress in Ravage Roaming.
4 of 7: Once you get it and return here, you need to make a decision.
5 of 7: Would you rather have the Dragon Hunters or the Dragons in the big alliance?
6 of 7: If you choose the Dragon Hunters, go turn the egg over to Quixote. He'll join up and move to the Merchant House of Alvar in Ravenshore. As for the poor Dragons, they'll all be mad at you for the rest of the game, both inside and outside the Dragon Cave. That could cramp your style a bit when looting the Dragon Cave (but not much).
7 of 7: If you ally with the Dragons, Redreaver will be the one to move to Ravenshore, and the Dragon Hunters will be mad at you the rest of the game. Also, every shop except the tavern in the town will bar their doors when they see you coming. Sore losers!
