Dark Elf to Dark Elf Patriarch

  • 1 of 8: Cauri Blackthorne does this promo for you after you find her in Murmurwoods. Relburn Jeebes in Alvar (east of the Merchant Guildhouse) is the one who quests you to find her.
  • 2 of 8: The wording of the quest in your notebook gives you a clue as to where to start your search.
  • 3 of 8: It says you're supposed to report to some guy in Murmurwoods. Why not go see what he has to say on the subject?
  • 4 of 8: Talk to Dantillion in the village. He'll say some pilgrims disappeared near the Druid Circle.
  • 5 of 8: He'll tell you where Cauri Blackthorne went and give you some Stone to Flesh scrolls.
  • 6 of 8: After that, Dantillion's useless. Don't bother "reporting" to him after you free Cauri. Go tell Relburn Jeebes in Alvar about it sometime, though.
  • 7 of 8: NOTE: If you use up or sell your Stone to Flesh scrolls before rescuing Cauri, you can get some more randomly from magic shops. Go to a magic shop you haven't been in for at least several weeks and save your game right outside. Then go in and see if they have any Stone to Flesh scrolls you can buy. If not, restore your game and try again.
  • 8 of 8: After you rescue Cauri, she'll be available for hire in the Adventurer's Inn, and you can return to Relburn Jeebes in Alvar for any further Dark Elf Promotions.
