Blackmail the wererat smugglers.

  • 1 of 5: Elgar Fellmoon in Ravenshore's Merchant House of Alvar gives you this quest after you turn Dadeross' letter over to him.
  • 2 of 5: Go find the smugglers' hideout.
  • 3 of 5: It's near the SW corner of the Ravenshore outdoor map.
  • 4 of 5: Once inside, fight your way to Arion Hunter's ratty throne room and talk to him about blackmail.
  • 5 of 5: Then report success back to Fellmoon to get the go-to-Alvar quest.
