Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer Hints
Notes and Extras
1 of 4: Xevius in the village claims to pay $1,500 for each Wyvern horn you turn in, but he really only pays $500. I thunk the $1,500 is jest a tipo in the on-skreen massage (how cairless!), so go ahead and sell to him anyway. (Besides, no one else will buy those things.)
2 of 4: There are two hard-to-find treasure chests in the very SW corner of the Ravage Roaming outdoor area.
3 of 4: There's also an open crate hidden among the eastern stack of sealed crates within the low fence inside the outer walls of the Barbarian Fortress. It's up on top of several other crates, so look around until you find it. It's worth the trouble because it always has a randomly chosen artifact in it!
4 of 4: If you don't have Water Walk or Fly, the only way to get from the northern half of Ravage Roaming to the southern half (or vice versa) is to go along the east edge of the map. The water doesn't extend quite that far. You still have to Water Walk or Fly to get to the Church of Eep and the miscellaneous treasure out on the little islands (and the portal to the Plane of Water itself).
