Notes and extras
1 of 2: The only well in the area that's any good at all is the Harecksburg town fountain, and it's just good for adding Regna to the Town Portal spell network so that you don't have to use the sub anymore.
2 of 2: If you don't have Water Walk or Fly (or are out of spell points), you can enter the Pirate Stronghold on the inner island, pass through the Passage Under Regna, and exit from either of the two towers or the Abandoned Pirate Keep. To get from the outer island to the inner one, just reverse the process.
