How do I open the door in the sandy area with mirrors?
- 1 of 13: Have you found the tall pole with the purple crystal on top of it?
- 2 of 13: It's near the SE end of the area.
- 3 of 13: Use it and see what happens.
- 4 of 13: Now try walking up to one of the mirrors and using it.
- 5 of 13: The mirrors rotate 360 degrees clockwise in small increments as you use them over and over.
- 6 of 13: Are you starting to get the picture?
- 7 of 13: You need to adjust the four mirrors so that the beam from the crystal will bounce from mirror to mirror and eventually hit the shorter crystal-on-a-pole that's near the north door.
- 8 of 13: Here's a little map of the area, with the P's being the poles with the crystals, and the numbers being the positions of the mirrors in the order that the beam hits them.
- 9 of 13: You can fiddle with the mirrors until they look right and then try the beam, then adjust them again if you need to based on where the beam goes.
- 10 of 13: Or you can just read the next hint, which tells you exactly how many times to use each mirror (assuming they're in their starting positions).

#4: 5 times - 12 of 13: When you successfully hit the northern pedestal with the beam, the big north door becomes unlocked, and six doors along the east and west sides of the area open up, releasing Terrors and revealing treasure chests.
- 13 of 13: You can kill all the Terrors if you want, or you can outrun them and go grab stuff from the chests, and then hurry on your way.
