Notes and Extras
  • 1 of 5: Doors you can open won't have the glowing green or red border here, no matter what your Perception is, so be sure to try all the doors you come across.
  • 2 of 5: The item shop can have black potions and skill-point-giving clovers in its inventory, so be sure to use the old "save first and then restore if nothing's good" strategy when shopping there.
  • 3 of 5: The magic shop can have learning books for any spell in the game, including Death's Touch (but excluding Eye of the Storm, since it's a special quest item).
  • 4 of 5: All shops here are open 24 hours a day, unlike most shops in the game.
  • 5 of 5: If you approach the big gate near Hanndl, you'll be given the option of traveling to the Thjorgard region. Also, if you fall through a hole in the city floor with Feather Fall on, you'll land in Thjorgard near the exit to Frosgard.
