Stop Jarl Sven's assassination.
1 of 10: Why not go tell Jarl Sven about the problem?
2 of 10: Travel to Thjorgard City and speak with Sven Forkbeard.
3 of 10: NOTE: You need to get this quest done before you do the main quest in which you win a stuffed dragon toy for Yrsa's daughter. After you finish that quest, Forkbeard will be gone.
4 of 10: He'll come up with a plan where you visit the Arena the next day as competitors to see if you can spot the assassin.
5 of 10: You don't really have to wait until the next day, so go straight to the Arena and tell the Arena Master you want to fight (it doesn't matter at what difficulty level).
6 of 10: Enter the Arena's battle area, and your opponent will be Byri the Scarred.
7 of 10: Talk to him to get him to tell you who put him up to this assassination attempt.
8 of 10: He'll say it was Harris Willington.
9 of 10: He's in the general store, which is a short distance west of the arena.
10 of 10: Talk to him to get him to confess, then report back to Sven Forkbeard to complete the quest.
